My professional path has been shaped by over two decades in the drinking-water sector and by my academic background in applied chemistry. This experience spans water disinfection and chlorination, treatment processes, and related technical and operational issues. Years of work in chlorine safety, security, risk management, and emergency preparedness have also become an important part of my professional focus.
My work in chlorination includes the design, evaluation, optimization, and troubleshooting of chlorination systems, as well as their safety and security aspects. In water treatment, I work on process evaluation, the selection and application of treatment chemicals, plant performance assessment, the investigation and analysis of complex technical and operational issues, and technical evaluation of complex water, wastewater, and chemical effluent treatment projects.

Design, evaluation, optimization, and troubleshooting of chlorine gas, sodium hypochlorite, and calcium hypochlorite dosing systems, as well as on-site generation (OSG) systems for sodium hypochlorite, including the investigation and resolution of complex technical and operational problems.
Water Treatment
Evaluation of treatment processes and plant performance, selection and application of treatment chemicals, and investigation of operational issues in water treatment plants.
Chlorine Safety, Security & Emergency Response
Risk assessment, design of preventive and protective measures, development of security measures and considerations, emergency planning, and response to chlorine-related incidents.
